Gift Card terms and conditions

All ACODA Wave 2 participants will receive an eGift card simply by completing their Wave 2 survey online or via their telephone interview with Wallis Social Research (Wallis).

On completion of the survey, participants will be automatically emailed at the most recent email address provided by the participant.

The email will contain a link to GiftPay, where participants can choose how to spend the value of their $50 eGift card at over 80 different retailers and charities listed on this website: https://www.giftpay.com.au/business/egifts.aspx

Each gift card brand and denomination is subject to demand and availability. Therefore, particular brands and denominations of gift card may not always be available. Conditions and exclusions apply. Full details for each gift can be found at this link: www.giftpay.com.au/business/egifts.aspx

If you do not receive your gift card link from Wallis, phone 1800 879 210 to check its status (having first checked your email ‘junk’ folder).

Participants with no valid email address

If an ACODA participant does not have a valid email address, Wallis Social Research will send the gift card via registered post. This will incur no additional cost to the recipient. It does, however, require the recipient to specify at which retailer they wish to redeem their gift card in advance.

Participants who did not receive their Gift Card in Wave 1

There are a number of participants from ACODA Wave 1 who did not verify their details or collect their eGift card for completing the survey. Participants flagged as not having received their reimbursement for their Wave 1 participation will receive both their Wave 1 and their Wave 2 gift cards after completing the Wave 2 survey, either online or via their telephone interview with Wallis. These identified participants will receive two $50 gift cards on completion of the Wave 2 survey.
