eGiftcard terms and conditions
All unique participants* who complete the survey online will receive a call from Wallis on the phone number provided during the survey within two weeks of survey completion. A Wallis interviewer will thank the participants and distribute a $50 eGiftcard as a token of our appreciation. Following the call, participants will receive the eGiftcard via email or post.
The email or printed voucher will contain a link/QR code to GiftPay where the recipient can choose how to spend the value of their eGiftcard across over 80 different retailers and charities listed on this website: https://www.giftpay.com.au/business/egifts.aspx
Each giftcard brand and denomination is subject to demand and availability. Therefore, particular brands and denominations of giftcard may not always be available. Conditions and exclusions apply. Full details for each egiftcard can be found at this link.
If you do not receive your reward link from Wallis, phone 1800 879 210 to check its status (having first checked your email ‘junk’ folder).
eGiftcard recipients with no valid email address
If the recipient does not have a valid email address, Wallis Social Research will send the recipients prize using registered post. This will incur no additional cost to the recipient. It does, however, require the recipient to specify at which retailer they wish to redeem their giftcard in advance.
*Unique participants include individuals who complete the survey only once and are the sole members within their households to do so.
